Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the YourTripSathi website (yourtripsathi.in) and the travel services we provide. By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or confirming a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

YourTripSathi is a travel company registered and operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These Terms apply to all customers who engage our services for trip planning, booking, or travel facilitation.

Our Services

YourTripSathi provides the following travel-related services:

• Customised trip planning and itinerary design for individuals, couples, families, and groups
• Hotel, resort, and homestay bookings on your behalf
• Transport arrangements including cab, bus, train, and flight bookings
• Activity and experience bookings (safaris, treks, sightseeing tours, etc.)
• Weekend getaway, domestic trip, and international travel packages
• 24/7 travel support via WhatsApp during your trip

We act as a travel facilitation company — coordinating services from third-party suppliers (hotels, transport providers, activity operators). We are not the direct provider of accommodation, transport, or activities.

Booking & Payment

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from YourTripSathi. Verbal commitments or enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable advance of 25–50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure reservations
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the trip departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• For international trips, full payment may be required earlier depending on flight and hotel booking requirements
• Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking — cancellation charges as per our Cancellation Policy will apply

Pricing: All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on travel dates, group size, and seasonal demand.

Traveller Responsibilities

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate personal details (name as per ID, contact number, health conditions relevant to the trip) at the time of booking
• Valid Documentation: Ensure all travellers carry valid government-issued ID, and for international travel, a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the return date
• Visa Responsibility: Obtaining visas is the sole responsibility of the traveller. We provide guidance but are not responsible for visa denials or delays
• Health & Fitness: Travellers must ensure they are physically fit for the activities in their chosen itinerary. Consult a doctor before high-altitude or adventure trips
• Timely Arrival: Adhere to departure times for flights, trains, and group activities. YourTripSathi is not liable for missed services due to late arrival
• Conduct: Behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, local communities, and service staff. YourTripSathi reserves the right to exclude any traveller whose conduct endangers others or violates local laws

Itinerary & Schedule Changes

Travel inherently involves some uncertainty. YourTripSathi reserves the right to modify itineraries in the following circumstances:

• Adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, or road closures
• Political unrest, curfews, or government travel advisories
• Unavailability of booked services due to circumstances beyond our control
• Operational requirements of hotels, airlines, or transport providers

In such cases, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal or higher value at no additional cost to you. If an alternative of lesser value is the only option, a proportionate refund may be offered.

Liability & Limitations

YourTripSathi acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers. While we take every care in selecting reliable suppliers, we are not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or injury arising from the acts or omissions of hotels, transport operators, airlines, or activity providers
• Loss or theft of personal belongings, travel documents, or money during the trip
• Medical emergencies, accidents, or health issues arising during travel
• Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by airlines
• Losses arising from the traveller’s failure to follow our guidance or itinerary
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses beyond the direct cost of the booking

Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific trip in question.

Force Majeure

YourTripSathi shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under any booking agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones, landslides)
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by authorities
• Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest
• Government-imposed travel bans, border closures, or lockdowns
• Airport or transport shutdowns due to strikes or technical failures

In force majeure situations, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or offer credit for future travel. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to amounts recoverable from third-party suppliers after deducting non-refundable costs.

Travel Insurance

YourTripSathi strongly recommends that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departing. A good travel insurance policy should cover:

• Medical emergencies and hospitalisation abroad
• Trip cancellation and curtailment
• Loss or delay of baggage
• Personal accident and liability
• Emergency evacuation

We do not currently sell travel insurance directly, but we can recommend reputable providers upon request. Travelling without insurance is entirely at the traveller’s own risk. YourTripSathi accepts no responsibility for losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the YourTripSathi website — including text, itineraries, images, logos, brand name, and design elements — is the intellectual property of YourTripSathi and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent
• Custom itineraries we create for you are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold
• Testimonials or reviews you submit to us may be used in our marketing with your permission

Dispute Resolution

We genuinely hope you never have cause for a dispute — but if one arises, here is how we handle it:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact us at info@yourtripsathi.com or +91 98805 07672. We will make every effort to resolve your concern within 7 working days
• Step 2 — Mediation: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached directly, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action
• Step 3 — Legal Action: If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
